At this time, we only offer online private lessons via Zoom. For group lessons, please inquire via mememyattvoices@gmail.com.
WHAT METHOD BOOKS ARE USED DURING LESSONS?
We believe in tailoring our curriculum to fit the needs of the student -- method books will be recommended based on level and goals of the student.
HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I DEDICATE TO PRACTICE?
Students Must Have:​

Recording Device (e.g. phone, laptop, voice recorder, etc.)
HOW DOES LESSON SCHEDULING WORK?
Lessons can be scheduled on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the payment option selected.
Individual Lesson:

Includes First Come, First Book Scheduling

​Select from available dates and times each week

4-Lesson Bundle:
-
Includes a Reserved Lesson Slot

​Select an available day and time slot for the entire month

HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?
We ask that students practice at least 30-60 minutes a day -- this will ensure students see results in their technique within 1 to 3 months of lessons.
Invoices will be sent via email, and MUST be paid before lessons are conducted. Accepted forms of payment include Zelle or Venmo.​
Individual Lesson:

An invoice will be sent no less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, and,MUST be paid at least an hour before the lesson is conducted.​
4-Lesson Bundle:
-
An invoice will be sent at the 1st of the month, and MUST be paid before the first lesson of the month is conducted.
We do NOT offer refunds at any time.
WHAT IS THE MMVS CANCELLATION POLICY?
Lessons MUST be cancelled via email, text, or phone AT LEAST three (3) days before the scheduled lesson. If a lesson is cancelled in LESS THAN three (3) days of the scheduled lesson, NO refund or make-up credit will be provided for either lesson option.

Individual Lesson:

No Make-up Credits ​for missed or cancelled lessons.

4-Lesson Bundle:
-
Can redeem one (1) Make-Up Credit per month, if lesson is cancelled 3 days before scheduled lesson.
